Modules are so Expensive...

I'm now in chalet...
And bidding in CORS...

Can you believe it?? Going to the chalet and spending the entire afternoon (and now at night) surfing and fretting over CORS website??

Anyway, I have decided to bow out of the Intro to Universe competition...
It is getting too expensive for me to handle...
Because, the next minimum bid points are 451 with 266 bidders for 190 vacancies...
Very expensive for a module which I plan to S/U it on...

Thus, me and YL decided to choose another module...
A module which I did not even shortlist it, not even glance at it once...

GEM2003 / HY2241 ---> Why History? The 20th Century, 1914-1989

This module aims to introduce both second and third year undergraduates to both the main events of the 20th century and some of the fundamental methodological issues involved in the study of history. These learning objectives will be met by directing students to engage a wide range of documents so that they both understand significant historical developments and also gain comprehension of the ways in which historians pursue enquiry. Major topics will include the First World War, the interwar period, World War II, the Cold War, the 1960s and the collapse of Communism.

LECTURE Class [1]
FRIDAY From 1600 hrs to 1800 hrs in LT8,
Week(s): EVERY WEEK.

bidders = 73/85, 48/80, 17/20
bid points = 1/1000, 1/1247, 1/530

Sounds very very interesting...
Oh well, maybe not for many of you, but I quite like history...
The workload seems pretty okay too...

Anyway, it has only 39 bidders for 85 vacancies...
Heh heh heh...
Hope I can remember to S/U it on time this sem...

Hmmm... How do I psycho more people to take with me???
