Rece for Resident Outing - 25/10/2008

When planning for residents outing, it is always a good excuse for an outing!!!
Wheeeee!!!

Okie, the day before, me and YL crashed in to one of the BHID committee meetings...
And thus, we are invited to go to the rece for the outings!!!

The first place to go to is the Hay Dairies Goat Farm!!!

We meet up at Kranji cos there is a shuttle bus which will takes us to the area where the farms and sorts are at...

The bus trip was quite long, as I recall...

The kids (young goats) are simply adorable!!!
Their fur are very soft (compared to the adults) and shiny...
Damn nice to pet them...

Just as we are about to leave the feeding area...
We (me donnie esther) went past an area which is sort of covered up...
Curious, I peered through the openings in the metal wires and saw baby goats!!!
WAAAAHHHH!!!

But they are semi-hidden cos they are somewhat lying down in the crate...
Then as a habit of mine, I started to mimic the goats...

Me: Bleeeeaaaaaahhhh... Bleeaaahhhhh....

A few seconds later...

Baby Goat: Bleahhh!!! Bleahhh!!!

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!
SO CUTE!!!!!!!!!!!
It Actually Replied!!!!!
Omg omg omg omg omg!!!

So we managed to get the baby goats attention, and it struggled to peer out of its crate to find the source of the voice...
Probably thought I'm its mama...

We have a nice time errrmmm communicating with each other as Donnie tried his darnest to take a photo of it...

After the fun we have at the goat farm, we decided to head to our second area...
Which is the Chinese Garden!!!

Once, near the big lake, we saw a big monitor lizard!!!


We also saw a squirrel!!!

After a long day, it was time to head back home...

And of cos, the girls must have a last shot...
