What modules should I take next sem???

It's the Time of the Year again!!!

CORS bidding time!!!

*distant sounds of cursing heard*

Twice a year, about 2 weeks before Uni reopens, NUS students all over Singapore can be seen crouching over their computers, feverish typing/scrolling/more typing/more scrolling and occasional cursing (but for the guys, it becomes constant high-level sophisticated cursing)...
The hospitals and clinics will thus see more and more young patients coming for strained fingers and wrist as well as bloodshot eyes and insomnia...
Sometimes in rare but increasing cases, medical personnel may received patients who had over-exposure to radiation, which is the main leading causes of mutated beings, of which many joined the illegal secret organisation who describe themselves as a "single-alphabet male"...

A voice called out in the distant, " It's X-men lar!!!"

So sexist leh!!! What about the females?!?!

-_-;

Oh nevermind, let me show you how it works in Engin...

1. Overview of the Engineering Curriculum

There u go, a brief introduction on How To Get The Damn Degree...
There's not much to explain, juz fulfilled the minimum then u can graduate, The End...
Hahaha...

It may seemed easy, but what is really difficult is the choosing of the modules that interest you and at the same time, making sure it doesn't clash with your allocated timetable and that you have enough bid points for it...
I've stayed up till 3am for two nights just for these...

Oh man, the module which I have choosen after days of pondering, and asking around is...
FNA1002 FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING
(Grp B2): Lec: Mon, 1400-1600, Weekly

Which is so HOT that the current mimnum bid for some slots at the closing is 1300plus points!!!
For my slot it is 500plus, but the number of bidders went up to 60 bidders for 30 vacacies...
Sigh...

For the first few times I put 50 points, then 100...
Later, after seeing how high the bid points went, I decided to be harsh and bid 1111 points!!!
But being the thrifty person I was, the feeling was... Heart-wrenching...
But finally, after much discussion with both ah mui and my kor WeiB, we decided to place the minimum bid for it, and maybe hope to get into the next round 1b if we failed in round 1a...
So I bid 650...

Damn... Let's hope my luck holds...
.
.
.
Drats now it is 63 bidders instead!!!
Why why why is business modules so popular?!?!

As the time for the bidding to close drew closer, my heart pumps faster...
My hands started to shake on their own free will...
(See i cnat tpye prleopry lehlsdkfaljf;)
My mouth became very dry...

At 1500 (3pm) end bidding...
This is what I see...
