Good Sceneries Comes in a Bundle...

Just the other day...

I saw a---
OhMyGod GASPED EyesBIGBIG JawsDropping HeartTHUMPING
sight...

A young man...
Running...
Sweating...
In nothing but his shorts...

A very short pair of shorts...

And his figure is so--------------...
Words failed me at this point...

Okie okie... I shall try...

Sweat glistening on the body...
Light reflecting from the bulging biceps...
Legs muscles flexing with every step...
Taut stomach evenly divided into six...
Serious looking face frowning in concentration...

All the females at my bus-stop, from all ages, gawked at him...
Hahahaahahhahaaa...

Anyway...

That really makes my day!!!

A few days later...

I saw a---

*repeat from above*

But this time, it's in school...
And a different person...

=-D

Heeheehee...
Maybe I'll see another one tomorrow???

Being feeling rather down lately...

Stressing over school, projects...
Worrying over my relationships with other people...
Pissed off with the unpleasant incidents...
Battling the obstacles life throws at me...

But never mind...

Think and ponder...
Deliberate over the course of action...
Execute it...
Move on...
Remember lesson...

Now I'm trying to see and appreciate the little details in my life which will brightened up my day...

You will never know how precious things were, until they were taken away from you...

As long as your conscience is clear, and you uphold your moral values...
Why bother what everyone else thinks...

No matter how dark the night seems to be...
Just remember...
The sun will always rise, and it will be bright again...

ME Specialization ...

I'm overwhelmed...

No idea what I'm overwhelmed with...
But I'm just...

Overwhelmed...

ME Specialization is finally upon us...

I went through the specialization that is available...
I started to shortlist the few that I'm interested in...

Then I look at the criteria...
And I crossed out the previous list, and started to highlight those which my grades allowed me to take...

(=_=)

I'm doomed...
Dooooooooooooooooooooooomed...

You made a Promise...
But you broke it...

Hence I will break mine...
Never knew it was so hard to torture myself...

How can I live when you keep cutting me...

Wow, stories have been flying...

Friend #1:
Hey, heard you injured your spine issit??
How did you injure yourself anyway?
Heard it was badminton ah, you fell on your back??

Friend#2:
Eh, what happened to you??
I've been hearing stories...
That you play badminton, you fell on your back...
You eat kueh, you choked...
Or you just fell on your back...

How in the world did badminton come into play???

????????????????????????????????

Anyway, can't really blame them for not believing in the Kueh story...

In fact, now that I think about it, it really really really sounds very stupid...

Friend#3:
Ey, somehow the most ridiculous of things always happens to you...
But take care ya...

Friend#4:
Aiyo, why always like that??
Last time was the eye, dunno how you poke...
Now is your back, dunno how you hurt it...

I'm a danger to even myself...

A Vivid REcollection

Here I shall illustrate what happened yesterday...

Because pictures are clearer...
And because some of my friends are word-blind...
i.e: everytime they see many words, they tend to skip...

Here it goes:

It started out like any normal day...

Me eating The Kueh with The Chilli...

Munching on The Kueh...

*GASPED*

"Arr----------"
*CHOKED*

Going blue in the face...

Very very very VIOLENT Coughs...

At That Instant...

And that is how it happened...

Sounds pretty stupid...

Walking is very painful and very very slow...
So slow that, I saw one grandma walking faster then me...
In fact, I walk like a grandma...
Or like a pregnant lady...

And when I sneezed or cough, it pains too...
Heck, it hurts when I laugh as well!!!

And I simply cannot bend at all!!!
Bend anything more then 5 degree from the positive y-axis...
Will result in waves of pain sweeping over the lower back...

So whenever I need to sit down, get up, do anything that needs some bending, I have to use my hands and grip onto something to provide support and eased the burden on my back...

That, or I will bully my brother into doing those things for me...
Heh heh heh...

But thanks to the painkillers, the some-electrical-massager-thing, the plaster meant to relieve aches in the body, more painkillers, the near immobile position of my entire back for the entire two days, and a good night's sleep...

The pain has quite lessen...
In fact, I can walk up to 60% of my original speed, and bend 15 degrees liao!!!

Hope I can go to school tomorrow...

P/s:
Errmmm...
It seems that I've kinda scared a few of my friends over this incident...
Hahaha, sorry for making you guys worried!!!
And thanks to all of you for your concern...

To tell the truth, I was very scared myself when it happens...
Because other then my asthma attacks when I was young, there are very few things that can cause such pain to my body...

I promise to eat in smaller bites from now on...

It's a Painful Day...

It's a Painful Day today...

.
.
.

I woke up bright and early at 7.30am...
To get ready for school, a class that starts at 9am...
By 8.10am, I am done with everything, except for breakfast...

Mom heat up a Kueh for me...
Happily, I slather some chilli on it, and proceed to enjoy my breakfast...

But at the second bite...

I Choked on my food...

The intense horrible feeling of suffocation gripped me hard and fast...
I struggled to get to my feet...

My whole body convulsed...
My lungs were on fire...
I couldn't see properly...

I stumbled to the kitchen sink...
Trying to force the morsel of food out of my windpipe...

But I did not have enough air in my lungs to cough it out...
And my body instinctively tried to inhale air in...
It did no good to the food stuck in there...

It hurts...
It was a very terrible feeling, not being able to breathe...
Fear and panic strike me...

But I was lucky...
I started to cough fiercely...
The food got dislodge and expelled out...

But unfortunately...
The spasms my body went through brought about by the violent coughing, has cause some serious damaged...

A split second later...

Pain, scarlet pain...

I couldn't move...

It was so painful that my legs couldn't move, and I nearly collapsed to the floor...
But I had a good grip on the kitchen sink, so I support myself and forced my way to a chair...
My head started swimming and I felt a little light-headed...

Every movement I make is a torture...
I cannot stand up without pain...
I cannot walk properly...
I cannot even bend at all...

The pain was concentrated at the area at the bottom of my spine...

Both my parents voiced out their fears...
That my spine could have been injured...
That maybe something is broken down there...

(Because sometime last year, my lower back got slammed rather hard at some hard surface, and it hurts for a few days...
So maybe it could be an old injury...)

Otherwise, why would it hurt so much everything I moved my lower body...

.
.
.

In the end, I went to see the doctor at the polyclinic...

I was given priority in the queue because of my condition...

The doctor examine my body...
She poke and prodded on my lower back and tummy...
Asking me if I felt pain at the places she pushed...

She tested my legs...
Asking my to lift them up, wriggle my toes and whether if I can feel her fingers on my feet...

She arranged a urine test, and an X-Ray examination...
And several hours later...
I went back to my doctor with the results...

And...

Thank goodness everything seems normal...

No broken spine...
No kidney/lungs/whatever organs failure...

However, my doctor still haven't figure out what exactly is causing the pain...
Could be some torn muscles/nerve/ligaments/something there...

But my spine isn't broken...

My prayers have been answered...

Thank You God...

Grrrrrrr...

That does it!!!

I have enough of Labs Reports!!!

ROOOOAAAAARRRRR!!!

Freaking impossible to understand and freaking frustrating to do!!!

In fact, I am so pissed, that I sort of showed my discontentment in my lab report...

I don't care if I fail my lab report, I'm too freaking angry to care...
(For now, may regret it later...)

Here are some stuff I wrote:

Method 4

I do not understand how to use the Heisler Chart to obtain the help I needed to solve the convective heat transfer coefficient.

There is not much information in the lab manual and on the internet to teach me how to use it.

And another...

Conclusion

I have determined the forced convection heat transfer coefficient (hc) by using the data collected from the experiment and calculating hc using four different types of method.

However, I suspect that only the hc calculated from method 1 is accurate, because the rest of the values using the other method are too strange or differ too much from the estimated value.

The other methods that were used to calculate hc are either quite impossible to understand or lacked the information that is needed to achieve accurate calculations instead of using assumptions. The information in the lab manual was not enough for me to understand the methods used clearly, and thus I could not find the information I need and apply it to answer the questions asked.

(-___-;)

Show me the light!!!

Recently, someone asked me to blog something...
I just did...

Hahaha...

Frankly, it has been quite sometime since I had last written a very nice and long post...
(Reminder to self: Finish Gangst8r Birthdays 2006-2007, O week 2006-2007)

But aiyah, no motivation lar...
For some unknown reasons, school has been extremely busy for me...

I see other fellow Mech Engin people are like, all so carefree leh...
Why the hell am I so busy?? What the hell am I busy with??

Tell me please, I'm quite confused over here too...

Hmmm...

IF...

Someone could send me some seniors' lab reports...
Teach me properly on the stupid ME3112 and ME3122 modules...

I may actually have some time left during the weekend to catch up on my sleep, which in turn will make me more refreshed and alert during the day, such that my brain cells decided to wake up and smell the flowers my mom plants, and conclude that since it is such a nice day let's all dance and be merry...

Clearly, I'm not being very coherent todae...

***

On a totally irrelevant note...

I just run todae!!!
Yeah!!!

But only 2km...

And then unbelievably my body refuses to work, my fats started protesting, my nonexistence muscles shrinks to negative, the brain reduces its working capacity to 2% which is just enough to sustain breathing and beating of the heart, it begin to rain...

Bah...

Next week try again...

***

On another Totally Irrelevant Note (TIN)...

I have a new lab partner!!!
Yeah!!!

Somehow my lab partners keep changing every sem...

Very crappy, very funny, and very nice...

My labs wouldn't be boring lor!!!

***

On yet another Totally Irrelevant Note (TIN)...

I suddenly have a craving for Subway...

And Salmon Sashimi...

And Sushi...

And Seaweed...

And...

Think have to run 2km x 2 instead...

***

I miss Feather, my alter ego...
I miss Wei-mo, and Chia-ling too...
I miss all the OG (regardless of year) outings...
I miss how very fun the Gangst8r outings used to be...
I miss the fun and excitement and over-activity of O week...
I miss...

Many...

*Aimeimei, this includes you too lar!!!
Lalalalaa... Hee...*
